Well we are now officially in the new studio – YEAH!!! With the new studio comes opportunities for us to provide even better customer service to our clients. A bigger camera room, more outside shooting areas, and the most exciting thing for us – our new ‘theater room’.
Providing superior customer service is one of our foremost goals. We believe that each client deserves 100% of our attention and support when choosing what portraits to purchase. That is why, starting July 1st, we will be providing a multi media presentation (in order to view and order your portraits) for all of our clients. This is an AWESOME experience that will blow you away! No more squinting at the computer screen to try to decide which image is the best. Now you will view your images at a 40×60 size. You will be able to see the actual size of the portrait that you want to order – on the wall in a frame. You can now order in confidence and know exactly what your portrait will look like when it is delivered to you. Did I say delivered? – Starting in July, orders will be shipped or delivered to you at no additional charge. (This will only apply to orders that are finalized at the ordering session.)
So how will all this work? –
When you call to make your appointment we will also set up your ordering session. After the session, your images will be loaded into an online gallery (just like before). Images will remain online for one week. Then the following week you will return to the studio to meet with Lori (see below) and view your images in our ‘theatre room’. Lori will then help you to make your final decisions and place your order. All orders will now be received here at the studio. No orders will be taken online or over the phone. Once an order is received and paid in full we will be shipping or delivering your portraits within 2-3 weeks.
To help us with this new service -we have hired a new employee – Lori Lopez. Lori is so excited to be able to share this experience with all of my clients. I know everyone will just LOVE her!
